At Hope With IAN, we believe healing grows through connection — and that education is most powerful when it is shared within community.
Our Train-the-Trainer Program exists to expand hope by certifying compassionate community members to serve as administrators of the Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program®. By training more administrators, we are able to offer the 8-week Foundations Program to more young adults and families in our community.
This model allows healing to reach farther, faster, and with lasting impact.
The need for depression and anxiety education far exceeds the number of available programs and providers. At the same time, many young adults are seeking support in settings that feel safe, relational, and non-clinical.
By certifying Nedley administrators, Hope With IAN creates a sustainable, community-based approach to healing:
Expands access to evidence-based mental health education
Allows programs to be offered in multiple community settings
Reduces wait times and barriers to participation
Builds leadership and confidence in trained administrators
Creates a ripple effect — one trained administrator can support many program groups over time
The more administrators we train, the more young lives we can support.
We are truly grateful for anyone who feels called to become trained and certified through this program. Your willingness to serve matters deeply — and it strengthens the whole community.
At the same time, Hope With IAN’s current priority is to develop young adult, peer-led leadership — meaning we are especially seeking young adults to become certified administrators who can help educate and support other young adults through the 8-week Foundations Program.
We’ve found that peer-to-peer education creates a unique kind of trust and relatability. When support is offered by someone in a similar season of life, participants often feel more understood, less alone, and more willing to engage in the healing process.
If you are a young adult with lived experience, a passion for mental health education, or a desire to help your peers find hope and tools that truly work, we would love to hear from you.
